Ran 6 miles on the River Trail today.  The first 3 I did in 21:00 flat.  The first half mile took me 5 minutes, so I know I had to have run a sub 7 minute mile sometime in there to make up for it.  The next 3 were a bit slower but my time for the total 6 miles came in at 44:20, average pace: 7:20.  I am going to keep working hard and maybe someday I can do a whole half that fast.  I can do hard things!

Okay so as soon as my legs are recovered we are going to run together for a good distance. Let's do it :)

You can do it Julie!
