I did 45 minutes on the Elliptical this morning at the gym. I was hoping to give my feet a break so that I can do a 13+ tomorrow. I don't want my plantar fascitis to rear back up again before the marathon.
I put on a pair of pants that I wore before I got pg. I think I dare say they are even more loose now than before. The saying is true: "Nothing tastes so good as it feels to be thin." |
