1 mile warm-up, 2 miles just under a 8:00 pace. I had a one-upper guy on the tm next to me. Boy, that bugs me. My buttock felt tight again so I did the elliptical for 40 minutes. I usually keep the resistance around a 13 and the speed at about 6.5 miles/hr. Today I kept that same resistance, but got my speed to stay around 9/hr. It's amazing how much better I feel when I am not living in pain. Woohoo!
Not the best workout this morning. Two of my kids were up all night puking so I was so very tired. I also felt nauseous, but I think it was just in my mind because I had been around it so much lately.
10 miles out and about all over town wherever my little heart and big feet felt like taking me. It was utterly and completely fabulous! And no pain anywhere!
