1 mile warm-up, 2 miles just under a 8:00 pace. I had a one-upper guy on the tm next to me. Boy, that bugs me. My buttock felt tight again so I did the elliptical for 40 minutes. I usually keep the resistance around a 13 and the speed at about 6.5 miles/hr. Today I kept that same resistance, but got my speed to stay around 9/hr. It's amazing how much better I feel when I am not living in pain. Woohoo! |
