I am married to a fellow runner and we are blessed with 3 awesome kids ages 9,6, and 1. I have been running for 7 years. It is my sanity saver!!!

6 miles around the river trail
Lots of stupid dog owners out because it was semi-warm. It wouldn't be so bad if they would put leashes on them. Ahhhhh!
120 minutes on elliptical with Silly Lilly. Then I am counting the 1.5 walk to school and back as some calorie burnage too.
1hr 20 min on the elliptical with Lily and Kira.
3 miles of this was some "speed" work and now I am feeling hurt again in my buttock. What a pain in the rear this is.
8.5 miles on the home tm. I read a good book while I ran because the book rest on my treadmill works really well. It made the time fly by. I seriously felt like I was only on there 20 minutes.
