I am married to a fellow runner and we are blessed with  3 awesome kids ages 9,6, and 1.  I have been running for 7 years.  It is my sanity saver!!!

8.5 miles on the home tm.  I read a good book while I ran because the book rest on my treadmill works really well.  It made the time fly by. I seriously felt like I was only on there 20 minutes.

Yep, fun to have him along! Maybe I'll have to try a book on the TM the next time I have the misfortune of having to run on one ;) I can't handle it for very long!

I love it when I can read and exercise, it really does make the time go by SSSSOOOOO much faster!
