I am married to a fellow runner and we are blessed with 3 awesome kids ages 9,6, and 1. I have been running for 7 years. It is my sanity saver!!!

Awesome Independence Day run. I pulled a muscle or something in my groin/upper thigh area though.

Weights and Abs- I felt so happy to be back doing this after not doing it last week.

Slow jog for 3 miles on tm to see how the leg felt
Elliptical for 30 minutes
4.25 run once around the river trail. Average pace was 7:33 and the leg didn't hurt. What a relief!

8 slow miles on the tm trying not hurt my leg/groin area anymore than it already is.
At the gym yesterday I was given a pack of M&Ms. Today, earrings.
It's like Christmas lately. :)
I started off with weights, then 4 miles fast on the tm, 30 minutes elliptical, 2 more slow miles just for kicks.
