I am married to a fellow runner and we are blessed with  3 awesome kids ages 9,6, and 1.  I have been running for 7 years.  It is my sanity saver!!!

Worked my core

Slow jog for 3 miles on tm to see how the leg felt

Elliptical for 30 minutes

4.25 run once around the river trail.  Average pace was 7:33 and the leg didn't hurt.  What a relief!
