The Hub and I watched Evolution of Running last night and I was excited to try out some new tips this morning. I did feel like I was running faster with less effort.
Took a little walk on the tm by Lily. She was only running TWICE my speed :) Then I did the elliptical for 45 minutes. I am trying to take it easy for a few days so that my bum is not hurting too bad to pace Adam during the Buffalo Run this weekend.
