Slept in but got in 7 miles while the baby napped this afternoon. I am hurting in so many different places. Why again is lifting weights one of my goals?
I slept in again! I hope this isn't a long habit I am developing. I got in 60 minutes on the elliptical at the gym then came home, got the kiddos off to school, and did a P90X dvd that worked my legs. P90X you make me hurt so good.
