After taking almost 2 weeks off from running, and 1 week off all excersise, I thought I would try running again this morning. It didn't go so great.  I broke down and cried at the gym when Lily asked if I was doing ok.  So embarrassing.  I feel better now.  I just need to be more patient.  After all, Lily had to wait for weeks and weeks and she is inspiring to me to see how fast she came back once she was better :)

Did "elliptical hell" for 75 minutes, then walked 1.5 miles.  I hope the weather cooperates and I can walk another few tonight.  I gotta keep up the calorie burn somehow cause the weight is creeping up on me.  Crossing my fingers for speedy healing.
