One of the first in the door at the gym this morning at 4:30.  I lifted weights, ran 5 miles until it got light then headed home and ran another 5.5 on the river trail. I am feeling sore from re-introducing weight training, but other than that there is no sign of my old injury and this is the first time I have been able to get this many miles in in a week.  Hope it lasts all summer long :)
