I am married to a fellow runner and we are blessed with  3 awesome kids ages 9,6, and 1.  I have been running for 7 years.  It is my sanity saver!!!

I slept in until 7:00 this morning so it was a little hotter than I like to run in, but I got up and ran the river trail twice.  I felt good until mile 6 when I lost all energy.  I didn't eat dinner last night....every time I don't eat well the night before I lose my get up and go around mile 6.

Julie, I am going to start calling you to eat dinner! You know better ! Trust me its okay to eat SOME calories. :) Love ya! Great work out! If my knee is okay maybe we can go for a run Sunday? Same time same place??? You running the Salem race tomorrow?
