I am married to a fellow runner and we are blessed with  3 awesome kids ages 9,6, and 1.  I have been running for 7 years.  It is my sanity saver!!!

I got up and went to Gold's this morning.  Got to see my best girl friends and did the elliptical for 65 minutes.  I also worked my abs.  Came home and didn't feel like quitting so I ran 20 miles around the close neighborhoods and the river trail.  I haven't ran that far in almost a year (not counting the marathon)  and it felt wonderful.  I felt so good on my last mile that now I wish I had kept going another 6.2 to make it a marathon distance. I hurt so good now :)
