I am married to a fellow runner and we are blessed with  3 awesome kids ages 9,6, and 1.  I have been running for 7 years.  It is my sanity saver!!!

Nice work on the miles this week Julie! Good consistent runs each day. I'm in AWE! Wish I could tackle a 75 mile week, but I just don't see it happening.
