I am married to a fellow runner and we are blessed with  3 awesome kids ages 9,6, and 1.  I have been running for 7 years.  It is my sanity saver!!!

75 minutes of elliptical hell, 1.25 mile tm. Super exciting times at the gym.  It's starting to get busy and fill up again.  It makes it hard to get the good machines. ahhhh.

Wow! I would think that once on the elliptical for 75 minutes was pretty amazing but you do it everyday! Maybe if I read your posts enough some of that dedication can rub off on me.
