Started at 4:45 this morning at Gold's lifting a few weights, then I ran 4 miles, tried to leave when it got light outside so I could run a few more on the river trail, but the wind was so cold that I turned around and went back into Gold's and did the elliptical for 45 minutes.  It's all good because.........

I ran 5 on the river trail this afternoon.  It was hoooottttt, but I wanted to try to keep a consistent pace because that is something I struggle with badly.  My splits were 8:40, 8:35, 8:23, 8:52 (my daughter called me during this mile), and 8:10.  So they were a little off, but much better than I have been doing so I am happy  :) :0 :) ;)
