9 miles running around the river trail. It hurts everywhere lately. I have lost my ambition, my mojo, my getupandgo, whatever you want to call it, I lost it.....

15 minutes of biking talking to Jessica

I didn't get a ton of excersise but it felt good to visit and my legs needed a break after running the Hobble Creek Half course last Saturday.

I slept in until 7:00 this morning so it was a little hotter than I like to run in, but I got up and ran the river trail twice. I felt good until mile 6 when I lost all energy. I didn't eat dinner last night....every time I don't eat well the night before I lose my get up and go around mile 6.

75 minutes of elliptical hell, 1.25 mile tm. Super exciting times at the gym. It's starting to get busy and fill up again. It makes it hard to get the good machines. ahhhh.

I got up and went to Gold's this morning. Got to see my best girl friends and did the elliptical for 65 minutes. I also worked my abs. Came home and didn't feel like quitting so I ran 20 miles around the close neighborhoods and the river trail. I haven't ran that far in almost a year (not counting the marathon) and it felt wonderful. I felt so good on my last mile that now I wish I had kept going another 6.2 to make it a marathon distance. I hurt so good now :)

I had an awesome run around the river trail this morning. Better pace than I have seen in a long time. Beautiful overcast cool breeze weather. I am loving my Pearl Izumi shoes but I can tell they are about out of mileage. I need to get to Runner's Corner for a new pair asap.
